I’m glad you are here. If you’re looking for a space that feels real, supportive, and understanding, I think we might be a good fit.
I’m glad you’re here. If you’re looking for a space that feels real, supportive, and grounded—we might be a good fit.I grew up in East Vancouver, where Main Street was a big part of my world. Raised by a single mom, I experienced many of the challenges that can come with that, and I also had the gift of being guided through hard times by people and experiences that helped me grow.Over time, I’ve become deeply curious about how we find strength—through nature, relationships, and within ourselves—to break free from old patterns that once protected us, but no longer serve us. That’s at the heart of my work as a therapist.I work from a somatic lens, which means we’ll pay attention to your whole experience—not just what you think, but what you feel in your body. The body holds onto a lot: stress, memories, patterns, wisdom. Tuning into that can open up new ways of understanding and moving through whatever’s showing up. We’ll go at your pace, with honesty, curiosity, and care.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years guiding wilderness trips in the Pacific Northwest and along the coast of New Zealand. In those wild places, I saw firsthand how movement, nature, and deep conversation can spark real change. While we’re in the city now, I still hold onto that spirit—creating a space that’s grounded, nature-inspired, and deeply reconnecting. My approach is rooted in somatic experiencing and supported by internal family systems, Jungian psychology, existential perspectives, and evidence-based tools. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Sometimes we’ll explore your past, sometimes your dreams, and the patterns that have led to shape your everyday life.I bring my full self to this work—curious, kind, and present. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming into deeper relationship with yourself. You get to show up exactly as you are and be met without judgment. Whether you’re tending old wounds, navigating change, or simply looking for more ease—I’m here to walk alongside you.
This isn’t therapy that plays it safe. Soul Co. exists to hold space for the raw, the complex, and thE beautifully human. Born from lived experience and built with intention, this space offers something different—bold, honest, and deeply attuned to your inner world.
