Expect realness. I don’t sit back in silence and nod—I show up as a human, not a blank slate. Sessions are collaborative, honest, and shaped by where you’re at. We might explore the unconscious, your body’s signals, your past, or your present patterns—whatever feels most alive and relevant for you.
Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions. I always encourage in-person if it’s accessible to you, because there’s a certain magic in being physically present—but I also get that life, energy, and accessibility matter. You’ll still get the full depth and presence in virtual space.
You don’t need to be sure—you just need to be curious. If you’ve read this far and something in your body said “yes” (or even just “…maybe?”), trust that. The vibe matters in therapy. If you’re craving something deeper, more real, and more human, we might be a fit.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, psychodynamic therapy, and good old-fashioned presence and intuition. Each session is tailored to you—not a cookie-cutter process.
Honestly? Same. That’s why I built Soul Co. to feel the opposite of sterile, surface-level therapy. This space is layered, brave, a little funky, and fully human. We’ll go at your pace, check in often, and co-create something that actually feels supportive and safe.
